Shipping Policy
We at Jimmy Luxury strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days from the date of purchase depending upon the location of the delivery.If your order status shows as delivered but you haven't received the package, please report the issue within 24-48 hours. This will help us coordinate with our courier partner for a resolution. Complaints submitted after this timeframe may not be accommodated.
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:
Provide complete address details with House
Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change. If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at support@jimmyluxury.in (9AM - 6PM)
Note: We would like to inform you that all our packages are securely sealed with black and white tape bearing the "Jimmy Luxury" branding.
If the delivery personnel appear suspicious, or if the parcel is damaged or does not have the official branded tape, we strongly advise that you do not accept the package.
Please note that if such a parcel is accepted and any issue arises thereafter, Jimmy Luxury will not be held liable for any claims related to the delivery.
A shipping charge of INR 200 will be applicable to all cash on delivery orders. The shipping charges will remain the same irrespective of the size of the order. Each order placed can be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall place multiple orders.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Send a request to support@jimmyluxury.in. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made in the given time for each mode. The amount will reflect back in your account in 4-7 days. However, if your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
