Cancellation Policy
At Jimmy Luxury Retail Private Limited, we strive to process your orders quickly so you can receive your favorites without delay.
If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.
To cancel, email us at support@jimmyluxury.in
with your order details.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Refund
At Jimmy Luxury, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if your order doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent refund process.
Refund Eligibility
● Prepaid/Online Orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
● COD Orders: Refunds are issued as store credit (valid for 60 days) via email or WhatsApp.
● Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned product passes our quality check at the warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Product
If you’ve received an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order:
- Keep the product unused and in its original packaging.
- Share clear photos and a full unboxing video with our support team at support@jimmyluxury.in within 24 hours of delivery.
- Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.
Unboxing Video Guidelines
To ensure smooth claim processing, the unboxing video must:
- Clearly show the shipping label with Jimmy Luxury branding.
- Be continuous, without cuts or pauses.
- Display the product and packaging clearly.
Note: Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for refunds.
Additional Notes
- Refunds are only initiated once the returned item passes a quality check.
- Any product returned in a used or tampered condition will not qualify for a refund.
- Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
