Cancellation Policy
At Jimmy Luxurry we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if your order doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent refund process.
Refund Eligibility
● Prepaid/Online Orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
● COD Orders: Refunds are issued as store credit (valid for 60 days) via email or WhatsApp.
● Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned product passes our quality check at the warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Product
If you’ve received an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order:
- Keep the product unused and in its original packaging.
- Share clear photos and a full unboxing video with our support team at support@jimmyluxury.in within 24 hours of delivery.
- Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.
Unboxing Video Guidelines
To ensure smooth claim processing, the unboxing video must:
● Clearly show the shipping label with Jimmy Luxury branding.
● Be continuous, without cuts or pauses.
● Display the product and packaging clearly.
Note: Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for refunds.
Additional Notes
● Refunds are only initiated once the returned item passes a quality check.
● Any product returned in a used or tampered condition will not qualify for a refund.
● Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
